Despite this pickup and a Starting Lineup custom, I won’t saw that I’m back on the prowl looking for Andrew Shaw cards. A couple of weeks ago I was outbid on a rare Shaw card. I just wasn’t going outside my comfort zone to get it. This one I picked up makes me wonder if the Champ’s set is the last one that will picture Shaw in a Blackhawks sweater.
I picked this one up because it is numbered out of 25 and the price was okay for me. Low numbered stuff I will consider. Common/base cards, I will still wait. Hopefully they will be on COMC and I can get them for under a buck.
I will say that I’m a fan of the Champ’s cards. Basic with a retro look will usually get my approval. This is not the exception to that.
