When I posted my 2014-15 OPC Platinum box break on Sports Card Forum, Chris in Ontario was interested in a couple of Senators cards that I got. He also added a few cards in my bucket and we were able to make a trade. He didn’t have too much for my PC, but I was happy to get three good traders back.
Vladimir Tarasenko cards have been hot. I have moved a (different) Black Diamond rookie and a Young Guns in the last couple of months. I have no doubt I will be able to move these along to a better home than mine in the not-too-distant future.
I also picked up this Tyler Seguin rookie. I’ve lived in the Fort Worth/Dallas area since late September. I don’t feel Seguin is getting some of the card love locally that some of the other players are. I do have to wonder, is the fact that his rookies picture him in a Bruins sweater, but he’s now playing in Dallas, hurt his local prices? I know that as a Blackhawks fan, I’m not wild about current players’ cards with other teams. Just some food for thought and something I may have to further examine.
