Shortly before I left Indiana for Texas, Seth opened up a card shop in the town I lived in. While he doesn’t have a brick and mortar store anymore, he sets up at card shows in the Midwest. He also has his Circle City Collectibles Facebook page and sells on eBay.
He scanned and posted cards that he’d picked up and I snagged some of them before he took them to shows.
I picked up these three for my Indy 500 driver collection. A.J. Allmendinger has already run the race. There were rumors Brian Vickers would try this year, but a deal didn’t come to fruition. Ken Schrader never raced or attempted to qualify, although he wanted to. That alone made it worth picking up a card.
This one was picked up for the wifey’s Dallas Stars collection. They are her two favorites and a dual card should make her smile.
This one was listed on his eBay page so I picked it up. No idea who Frank Lary is, but it has a solid grade and the price was right. It’ll just go into my vintage collection.
