Raymond Berry TTM Autograph Success

When I returned from my trip to the Indianapolis 500, my third TTM (through the mail) success was waiting in the mailbox.  I initially sent out three requests.  These were my first attempts and after some research, I went with some “safe” requests.  The first I received back was Richard Petty and the second was Bobby Allison.

I picked up four cards from Invest in Baseball, but only sent two of them to Mr. Berry.  I don’t want to appear greedy or as though I plan to sell the autographs.  They are solely for my enjoyment and collection.  I couldn’t be any happier with the result.

Not only did the Hall-of-Famer return my two cards signed, he added in an additional piece.  I know that most TTM submissions won’t go this smoothly (or quickly), but I’m allowed to wish that they would!

We are still looking to get a third (and more) contributor to the blog. If you’re interested in writing, please let us know.

If you like what we’re doing and want updates when we post new pieces, follow us on Facebook and Twitter. Please take the time and also look through some other pieces on the site.  I’m still looking for more folks that would like to contribute, so let me know if you are!  You can follow me on my other Twitter handles at @kin_kinsley and @DFW_Card_Shows.
