This is the last of the returns that were in my mailbox Friday. I’ve been diligent in researching before I send requests and this was one that if not for the Sports Card Forum TTM Manager, I would never have sent.
I know Chuck Cottier from his days in the 1980s as a manager. Before that, he played parts of nine seasons in the majors with Milwaukee Braves, Tigers, Washington Senators and California Angels.
