TTM Success – Ara Parseghian

I’m a guy that loves college football but probably couldn’t care less about the NFL.  I do get into pro football history, but the current game bores me.  I’m also into the history of the college football game and that’s one reason I’m so happy about this return from Ara Parseghian.

After years of struggling football teams at Notre Dame, Parseghian built the Irish back to a winning program, winning National Championships in 1966 and 1971.  He also called college football games for more than a decade.

My favorite of the two has to be the Elite card.  The reason?  I love that he’s wearing a suit.  It’s a throwback to days that have certainly passed in sports.  At the age of 93, Mr. Parseghian has one of the best signatures that I’ve received back so far.
