Another of the seven TTM returns that were in my mailbox on Friday was an addition to a project that I’m working on – the 2000 Press Pass Techno/Retro set. In addition, I received two other cars of the NASCAR legend.
Junior Johnson won 50 races in his driving career. In 1998 he was named one of NASCARs 50 Greatest drivers and in 2010 was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
After his racing days were over, Johnson was one of the most successful car owners in history. His teams won six Winston Cup titles, three with Cale Yarborough and three with Darrell Waltrip.
