TTM Success #30 – A Beautiful Signature

As someone who has collected modern cards, one of my biggest gripes is that players have no pride in their signatures.  They just scribble something on there.  Maybe.  Doesn’t Ezekiel Elliott just put “EZE” or something?  Luckily, many of yesterday’s stars take some pride in theirs.  This is one of those.

From what I’ve seen in forums and groups, Charlie Joiner is another of the Hall of Fame TTM signers out there.  He did not disappoint for me.

The 1987 Topps set will always be a favorite of mine.  It was the first set that I had cards from.  The only place I remember being able to find them in my town was at the toy store in the mall.  If I recall correctly, each time I went in, I left with a couple of packs.

The 1985 Topps set is from before I collected any cards at all.  I am a big fan of the set because of the black borders.  Any sets with black or wood grain borders are bound to be among my favorites.

I believe this one took about three weeks to come back.  I can’t find where I logged it initially, but I have an idea when it was sent out.
